In 2017, The Hills Football Premier League Mens 1 competition will see 8 teams battle it out for the honors of our inaugural champion. Leading into round 1, we will be previewing each of the teams.
The Hills Football Premier League 1 sees 3 champions from 3 different associations come into one. The first of these champions in Winston Hills.
The Winston Hills FC Premier League Men’s team looks forward to participating in the Hills Association competition and playing against some old rivals.
Current holders of the Challenge Shield from the GDSFA, the team is looking to continue the consistent performances of the 2016 season into 2017.
Coach Tony Herrera has undertaken a tough preseason preparation with a mainly unchanged and committed team from last year. Assisted by Fabian Ehrman (when not on Socceroo’s duties) to add a technical balance, and Billy O’Brien to help with conditioning, the team is keen and ready to start the season.
The team looks forward to the challenges ahead, and playing quality teams in the inaugural competition. GO the Bears!!
