In 2017, The Hills Football Premier League Mens 1 competition will see 8 teams battle it out for the honors of our inaugural champion. Leading into round 1, we will be previewing each of the teams.
The Hills Football Premier League 1 sees 3 champions from 3 different associations come into one. The “Kookas”, champions from Sydney Hills FA Baulkham Hills preview their chances for the season.
Baulkham Hills FC premier squads have had a tradition of success since the club was formed in 1962. Over the last five decades our Prems have won premiership and grand championships, State cups and the combined teams Challenge Shield – the oldest trophy in Australian association football.
Last season in the inaugural season of the Sydney Hills Association our squad in both Reserves and First grade were league champions and grand-final champions and well as winning the combined shield for the most successful Premier League squad. We also won the Ray Williams cups in its inaugural year.
Over the decades BHFC has prided itself in playing as a united squad with each member of the squad capable of playing several positions. Hard work and friendship has been the key to our squad’s successes over the years.
