Under 13
Mitchell Kennerson
Qualifications: FA C Licence
Coaching experience: 5+ years at Grassroots
Playing experience: Hills Premier League and previous NPL Clubs.
2023 ambitions: “Assist in the development of football for all players within the program.”
James Jansons-Edwards
Qualifications: FA C Licence
Coaching experience: 5+ years, AYL, GSAP, All Age Men and other Grassroots age groups.
Playing experience: Local Premier League
2023 ambitions: “To develop my coaching skills and to improve the under 13 players through a successful and rewarding season.”
Under 14
Joshua Carnevale
Qualifications: MiniRoo Certificate, FA C Licence
Coaching experience: 5+ years including Hills Football AYL 2022, 2021, Oakhill College, Castle Hill Rockets
Playing experience: Oakhill College First XI, NSW Spirit, Inter Lions, Hawkesbury, current Castle Hill United FC Premier League.
2023 ambitions: “Assisting in improving all players technical, tactical, physical and mental skills through a great team environment.”
Ari Theodoridis
Qualifications: Skill Training Certificate
Coaching experience: Hills Football AYL 2022
Playing experience: Hills Football AYL 2022, 2021, Hills United FC, Blacktown City FC, Mt Druitt Town Rangers
2023 ambitions: “Create a positive environment with a good team and coaching bond, whilst playing an engaging and exciting style of football.”

Norm Dong
Qualifications: FA C Licence, Skill Training Certificate
Coaching experience: 5+ years including Hills Football AYL 2022, 2021, 2020 and Kenthurst & District FC
Playing experience: Community football
2023 ambitions: “To develop a youth football team that showcases their talent through a positive attitude both on and off the field.”
Ashley Blackburn
Qualifications: FA C Licence*, Game Training Certificate
Coaching experience: Hills Football AYL 2022
Playing experience: Baulkham Hills FC, Gladesville Ryde Magic, Hills United FC, Sydney University FC.
2023 ambitions: “1. Develop the players football technique whilst also instilling a belief of good ethics and discipline. 2. Grow and develop as a coach.“
Under 16
David Farag
Qualifications: FA C Licence*. Bachelor of Psychology.
Coaching experience: Former Head Coach (Opens) Trinity Grammar School.
Playing experience: Mixture of grassroots Clubs.
2023 ambitions: “Develop players personalities that align with the Associations culture of smart, caring, brave, positive and respectful.”
Paul Sheppard
Qualifications: FA C Licence, Skill Training Certificate, Game Training Certificate. Bachelor of Sports Science, Bachelor of Education PDHPE.
Coaching experience: 10+ years. Central Coast Mariners FC, NSW Association of Independent Co-Educational Schools.
Playing experience: Various across UK, ACT and NSW.
2023 ambitions: “To help players reach their potential, while developing life long football players and their love for the game.”
Under 18
Sean Leehy
Qualifications: FA C Licence, FA Level 1 Goalkeeping Licence, Bachelor of Laws LLB, Masters of Laws (Research). Goalkeeper Assessor Football Australia.
Coaching experience: 15+ years. Grassroots, AYL and NPL divisions.
Playing experience: Premier League & O35/1 Springwood United.
2023 ambitions: Develop football players to transition into senior football.
Jalan Hough
Qualifications: FA C Licence*, Game Training Certificate, Skill Training Certificate, MiniRoo Certificate
Coaching experience: 3+ years experience including Quakers Hill Tigers, Hills Football AYL 2022.
Playing experience: Blacktown AYL, BDSFA Premier League plus others.
2023 ambitions: To assist players to develop and improve their football to be capable of playing at a higher level.
Goalkeeping coach
Alex Gornall
Qualifications: FA C Licence, FA Level 1 Goalkeeping Licence*, Community Goalkeeping Certificate, Skill Training Certificate
Coaching experience: 5+ years with Hills Football
Playing experience: Various Clubs across NPL2 and NPL3
2023 ambitions: “Develop capable and confident goalkeepers to play at high levels.”
Technical Director
Dan Sheppard
Qualifications: BSc Hons Sports Studies, The FA Level 2, UEFA B Licence, FA A Licence, FA Community and C Licence presenter, FA C Licence assessor
Coaching experience: 15+ years including Stevenage FC & Luton Town FC (England), Northern Tigers FC, Central Coast Mariners FC, Hills United FC, Inner West Hawks, Hills Football
Playing experience: Various Clubs in England at a variety of levels
