The first month of winter is an exciting time at the Hills Football Association, with a multitude of offerings for all members, including winter tournaments, school holiday clinics, the start of the FIFA World Cup, the continuation of the Football NSW State Cup, and weekly weekend fixtures. It is a busy point in the season for our sport.
Here are some of the offerings coming across the Hills Football Association.
Tournament Clinic
Our Tournament Clinic is a 5v5 Gala Day format. Offered for players from U7’s and U8’s girls to U9’s and U12’s boys, players register in teams and compete in multiple games throughout the day, including semi’s & grand finals. It is a perfect activity for teammates, friend groups, and summer soccer teams looking for practice.

School Holiday Clinics
Positions for the upcoming school holiday clinics are now open. With over five different clinics available over the two-week school holidays, there are opportunities for every player to improve their skills whilst also having fun and making new friends. The clinics on offer include a female-only clinic designed for girls U7’s-U13’s. A skills clinic designed to develop the player’s core skills, first touch, striking the ball, running with the ball, & 1v1’s. A goalkeeper clinic dedicated to providing the opportunity for goalkeepers to develop keeper-specific skills and abilities in small group settings. A Little Legends clinic for our 3-5-year-olds and a pathway clinic offered exclusively to JDL/GJDL and development squad players, providing highly technical & intense training designed to improve execution under the Hills Way model.
