Representative Football Coaches Expression Of Interest

WHY ARE WE INVESTING IN PATHWAY FOOTBALL?

I’M Possible | Right to Play | I Told you so

WHY, I’M Possible – HFI recognises the greatest natural resource within its community is its young people. HFI is committed to ensuring that all young people are encouraged to reach their potential through the power of self-belief by creating an understanding in themselves that anything is possible.

WHY, Right to Play – HFI exists to create unique environments that promote a pathway for every aspiring Footballer independent of ability, socio-economic, culture and status to reach their potential and build the best version of themselves, through a foundation in life skills, education and football centric programs.

WHY, I Told You So – HFI believes that, given the belief, opportunity and framework, the young people within our community can exceed the potential currently seen within them. They will gain the capacity to claim a better future for themselves, their families, their communities and their country with the potential to become role models for future generations.

“Membership to the community family does not depend on the ability but rather the devotion and camaraderie, reinforced by the shared respect of the most beautiful, and basic, game…Community people, will do anything, anytime for other community people.

That is a community at work.”
