The season that many thought wouldn’t happen finally came to an end on the weekend! What an enjoyable and rewarding season it has been. In a time that has negatively affected so many people, to be able to get out on the football field and play the game we love as often as we have has really put things into perspective.

The pathway programs really took of for Hills Football this season launching a new direction for the GSAP and a brand new licence to the Hills area – AYL. This all started on 26th September 2019 with the Football NSW Declaration of Leagues, and fast forwarding to the trials which started 20th October 2019. The 2020 season has taken a huge 55 weeks to complete!

The season finished with own little unique moment with a down pour of hail on Saturday afternoon away at AYL heavy weights Sutherland Shire for the U15 boys, which saw the game have to be paused and restarted!

All of these videos were created by players or parents, and have done a truly brilliant job, maybe some budding film makers here too!

Again well done to all players, parents, managers and coaches for a challenging but overwhelming successful season. Good luck to all players at the up coming trials.
