Dear Hills Football Community,
We hope you’re enjoying the season so far – there’s nothing better than getting out on the pitch, playing the game we all love, and being part of our amazing football community!
As we dive deeper into the season, we just wanted to send a little reminder about the importance of keeping things respectful and positive – both on and off the field.
For our players, remember: football is competitive, but it’s also about fair play, respect, and sportsmanship. Treating match officials and your opponents with respect – even in the heat of the game – is part of what makes our sport great.
For our wonderful spectators, your energy on the sidelines is what makes match day so special! Let’s keep it supportive, respectful, and friendly – especially when it comes to other spectators, match officials, ground officials and players. A smile, a cheer, and a little bit of patience go a long way in creating a welcoming environment for everyone.
We’d also love to gently remind everyone to check out the Hills Football Player Code of Conduct, Spectator Code of Conduct and the Parent Code of Conduct – these help guide all of us in making sure football remains a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for every participant, from our youngest juniors to our seasoned seniors.
Thanks for being such a big part of what makes community football so great. Let’s keep the vibes high, the respect flowing, and the goals coming.
