Following the announcement from The Hills Shire Council that the newly established Stringer Road Reserve would be allocated to football within the Hills, the creation of North Kellyville FC commenced.
Hills Football is now excited to update members of the establishment of this Club who will be playing out of Stringer Road Reserve for the 2025 seasons and beyond. The inaugural Committee has been formed and interested members will be able to join the Club very soon.
Affectionately known as the ‘Foxes’, North Kellyville FC will be the first Hills Football Club set up and established in a current and future growth area within the region.
The inspiration behind the club’s name, the “Foxes,” is rooted in local history. It pays homage to Foxall Road, a key artery in the area’s past that played a significant role in supporting the growth of the community.
The club colours are equally symbolic. With a palette inspired by the iconic grey gum trees that dot the local landscape, the club’s branding reflects the natural beauty of North Kellyville, adding a touch of regional pride to their identity.
We look forward to seeing this Club participate in our competitions going forward.
