The Hills Football Cup is a Mid Week knockout competition open to any Hills Football men’s teams (Aged 18+). The trophy is named after the honorable Ray Williams, Member for Castle Hill. Ray has been instrumental in helping Hills Football get off the ground and has been a firm supporter since day one.
Clubs are welcome to enter as many teams as they please. With an entry fee of $200 per team.
PRIZE MONEY = $1,000 for the winning team.
Rules & Regulations for the Cup
- All teams entered must have access to game fields mid week.
- Each Premier League Squad is allowed to enter only one team into The Hills Football Cup.
- Each club is allowed enter more than one team.
- Each Hills Football Cup squad/team is allowed a maximum of 20 registered players.
- All referees fees are covered in your registration fee.
- All suspensions, yellow and red cards from the league carry over into the cup and vice versa.
- 3 cup yellow cards results in a one match suspension.
- All Hills Football Cup games use the same By Laws as Men’s Premier League first grade (substitutions etc).
- Entries close Friday 31st March.
- Draw live streamed Tuesday 4th April.
- Home team must provide 5 match balls.
- All matches are 90 mins with injury time applied.
- All drawn matches will go into 2x 10 minutes extra time periods with the “Golden Goal” rule applied
- Any matches that do not have a result after extra time will go into a penalty shootout
- Any team that plays a player that is not registered in the squad will be automatically disqualified and fined $750.

Must be completed by June 22
Quarter Finals
Must be completed by July 20
Semi Finals
Must be played by August 2
Grand Final
To be held on 16th August
