Female Coaches On The Rise

The number of Female Coaches in the country is on the rise. Over the past few years countless work efforts and time has gone into encouraging females to be involved in the game as coaches. It is important that all clubs are working hard to develop and promote Female coaches.

Norwest recently hosted a Skills Training Certificate in which Tiana Saric was a participant. Tiana commented ” I had a great time on the course where I learnt many different coaching techniques with coach Zac. I am looking forward to further my development in coaching and one day taking on a team. This course gave me the confidence to be able to achieve this goal of mine”.

Football development manager Zac Ribeiro commented ” It’s great to have participants like Tiana who are wanting to develop as coaches on our courses. I think that it is important that more Females participate in coaching as they are fantastic communicators and have a great understanding in Females and their mindset.

Special Mention to Tiana Saric, all the best for your future endeavours
