We write to you with an exciting announcement that Football NSW have today officially announced the inclusion of the Hills Football Zone to the Football NSW boundaries.
This decision comes with a great deal of excitement as Hills Football have operated within a ‘virtual boundary’ under a deed of affiliation to Football NSW for the past 9 seasons, this now formalises Hills Football position within the Football NSW landscape.
2025 has been a hugely success year for Football in the Hills which includes the following highlights:
- Confirmation of alignment with Hills Football and Hills United
- Securing a ‘Home of Football’ with the Hills Shire Council
- Promotion of the Hills United Women’s Senior program to the highest league in NSW
- Highest recorded player registration numbers
- Most successful season for the Hills Association Youth League Program with all 5 teams securing finals positions.
- Highest recorded referee numbers – with a 7% increase in match coverage
- And finally securing formal membership with Football NSW
