Across the weekends of July 20th and 27th it was PanKind Play in Purple Round.
Play in Purple Round is a prestigious national campaign that sees sporting clubs across Australia turn a vibrant shade of purple, all to raise vital awareness about pancreatic cancer and generate crucial funds for research and patient support.
This year Castle Hill United, Glenhaven FC, Hills Pumas, Hills Football AYL, Hills United and Rouse Hill Rams took part in Play in Purple Round by dressing up in purple attire. Players took to the field sporting purple socks, while spectators and volunteers dazzled in an array of purple attire.
Through their participation, these clubs demonstrated the impact of community involvement and the collective effort to make a difference in the fight against pancreatic cancer.
