Hills Football is proud to announce a renewed partnership with the Australian College of Physical Education (ACPE) for the 2026 season, strengthening a shared commitment to delivering outstanding football experiences and development opportunities for the Hills Football community.
The partnership brings together two organisations that are deeply invested in community, education, participation, and the long-term growth of football across the region. Through this collaboration, Hills Football and ACPE will create meaningful opportunities for players, coaches, referees, volunteers, and member clubs, both on and off the field.
The agreement will see ACPE actively involved across a range of Hills Football initiatives throughout 2026, including community engagement programs, coach and referee education, student placement opportunities, football events, and player wellbeing initiatives.
Hills Football CEO Jeremy Toivonen said the partnership reflects a strong alignment between both organisations.
“This partnership with ACPE is built on shared values around community, education, and creating positive football experiences for people of all ages and abilities,” said Toivonen.
“We are excited to work alongside an organisation that understands the important role football plays in bringing communities together while also supporting pathways for learning, leadership, and personal development.”
“This is more than a sponsorship agreement,” Toivonen added. “It is a genuine partnership focused on delivering long-term benefits for our clubs, participants, and the wider football community.”
ACPE has a long-standing reputation for excellence in sport education, health sciences, and athlete development, making the partnership a natural fit for Hills Football.
The partnership will also provide valuable practical learning opportunities for ACPE students within one of Australia’s largest community football associations, supporting hands-on experience across sport management, coaching, performance, events, and community engagement.
ACPE CEO Justin Montgomery said the partnership focuses on community and students.
“This partnership with Hills Football represents the best of what ACPE stands for – industry‑connected learning, real‑world experience, and strong community impact. It provides our students with valuable, hands‑on opportunities while supporting the ongoing development of football at a grassroots level. We are excited to work together to create pathways that benefit students, clubs, and the broader sporting community.”
Hills Football continues to focus on building strong relationships with organisations that contribute positively to the football ecosystem and support sustainable growth across the region.
The partnership will continue the great relationship from 2025 through the 2026 football season.
